We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our rapidly growing VIALET team and fill the position of CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER.

Your main responsibilites will be to:
  • Design, implement and manage effective VIALET customer care service by developing workflow structure, defining procedures and KPIs;
  • Supervise the customer care service team;
  • Monitor customer care service performance,
  • Carry out suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback
We expect from You:
  • Experience in customer care management;
  • Professional working proficiency in English, Latvian and Russian (both written and in verbal communication);
  • Experience and/or knowledge in finance will be considered as an advantage;
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Analytical thinking, accuracy and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Goal oriented personality
