Considering the rapid growth of the business, we are looking for a bright and positive mind to join our team as an INVESTOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
Your main responsibilities:
- Maintaining high quality investor service by supporting investors through e-mail and other online communication platforms on a daily basis
- Addressing issues reported by investors and designing the most effective solutions
- Process incoming and outgoing payments
- Participate in the customer identification process and assist with KYC/AML related processes
- Collect investor feedback and suggest possible improvements regarding customer journey as well as technical development of the platform
What we expect from You:
- Strong knowledge of English and Latvian (both in written and verbal communication). Knowledge of German and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving personality
- Experience in customer service will be highly beneficial
- University degree or incomplete higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, Management or related fields)
