VIA SMS Group has closed Q1 of 2022 with prepared unaudited consolidated financial statements for 2021, and we are happy to share them with you.
In 2021 VIA SMS Group, together with its daughter companies, has reached a net profit of
EUR 2 240 142. The Group has closed the reporting period with a net turnover of
EUR 28 226 77. The consolidated net portfolio of the Group was EUR 24 683 746.
2021 was a very successful year, where we took a lot from challenging 2020. We brought invaluable experience and lessons from it to make the best of 2021.
One of our brightest highlights of 2021 was obtaining an IBF license for the investment platform VIAINVEST. Our digital payment institution VIALET showed rapid growth in processed payments and launched the SEPA Instant service.
