What you will do:
- Plan and develop the product idea
- Create and lead a team of various specialists
- Monitor the progress of the project and set necessary deadlines
- Evaluate project performance
- Be the go-to person to solve project-related issues
- Monitor financial performance, results, and indicators
- Participate in management meetings and work closely with the Board
- Lead product development from design to IT related queries
- Develop marketing strategies
We expect from you:
- Higher education in finance or business management
- Previous working experience in a project manager or leading position
- Ability to communicate with your team effectively
- The capacity to be a strategic mind while taking accountability for business development
- Commitment to being detail oriented leading to delivering results
- Work independently and make decisions regarding responsibilities
- The capability to solve problems effectively and delegate tasks in a fair manner
