Senior BI Developer

Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a bright mind with a positive attitude to join our friendly team and fill the position of Senior BI Developer within the BI Department.

Job Mission:

As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a important role in our organization, responsible for driving the development and implementation of Qlik solutions to support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and create data models and visualizations, while also ensuring that our Qlik environment is properly administered and maintained for optimal performance.

What you will do:

• Create data models, ETL scripts, and data transformation processes to ensure data is properly loaded into Qlik applications
• Develop, design and maintain Qlik Sense reports to support business needs
• Optimize data models and dashboards for improved performance and user experience
• Perform maintenance of QlikView and Qlik Sense servers
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data used in Qlik applications
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Conduct Qlik Sense and QlikView training sessions for business users and provide ongoing support

Your skills and personal qualities:

• At least 2 years of practical experience in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development
• Practical experience with NPrinting
• Strong SQL skills and experience in working with complex data structures and large datasets
• Experience in data modeling and building efficient data architectures
• Ability to create complex data visualizations and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to break down complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and create practical solutions
• Highly adaptable – can quickly learn new technologies and processes, continuously improve, pay close attention to details, and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Advanced knowledge of English
