HR Generalist

Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a bright minded colleague with a positive attitude to join our friendly team and fill the position of HR Specialist within the HR Department

What you will do:

• Organize and maintain the personnel record-keeping processes
• Coordinate labor protection measures and mandatory health checks of employees
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes as well as employee feedback sessions
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Follow and ensure compliance with labor regulations and inform employees regarding vital pieces of information
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in the organization of company events

About you:

• Proven work experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist
• Knowledge of personnel management, record-keeping, personnel records management, as well as employment/labor laws
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work with Navision will be considered an advantage
• Fluent language proficiency in Latvian and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem solving
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment both in team and individual settings
