BI Analyst

Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a bright mind with a positive attitude to join our friendly team and fill the position of BI Analyst within the Data Department.

What you will do:

• Support internal stakeholders with relevant data analysis/extracts and help them in collecting data to support decisions
• Work closely with BI-developers in translating business requirements and support them in building new or improving existing ETL processes
• Monitor data quality and work on solutions to eliminate discrepancies
• Perform data analysis and present findings in clear and comprehensible way
• Support and consult BI-platform end users
• Develop and maintain existing process descriptions

Your skills and personal qualities:

• You have practical experience with SQL
• Demonstrate careful and thorough analysis while working with data
• Experience in building content with any known BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik-environment, Looker or similar) is considered as an advantage
• Highly adaptable – can quickly learn new technologies and processes, continuously improve and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willingness to work on gaining additional technical skills where it can improve efficiency
• A higher education (Finance, Business administration, Economics, IT or similar)
• You have proficiency in English and Latvian
• You are a quick learner
