IS Support Specialist

Considering our fast-growing business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the IS User Support Specialist position within our IT Department .

What you will do:

• Consult internal IS users
• Analyze system user requests and problems as well as suggest possible IS improvements to increase transparency
• Check and try reproduce bugs registered by system users
• Fix particular issues in DB
• Describe bugs and possible solutions to the development team if the problem is systematic

About you:

• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• General knowledge of relational databases (basic knowledge of SQL) and IS testing
• Basic understanding of web technologies
• Strong knowledge of Latvian and English
• Interest and desire to develop in the IT industry
