Considering our fast-growing business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the Credit Risk Analyst position within our Data Department.

What you will do:

• Produce and analyze reports on the quality of loan sales, loan portfolio performance, and relevant lending business metrics.
• Generate timely, regular reports for credit risk overview to support decision-making.
• Identify main trends and developments in any reports and KPIs used by risks and business.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to continuously improve risk monitoring.
• Actively participate in tests during the decision-making process to optimize products or the quality of sales.
• Clearly and understandably present recommendations and investigation findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with trends in each specific market and best practices. Be ready to take part in implementing these into the company’s process flows.

About you:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in credit risk management, in any position.
• A university degree in Finance, Statistics/Mathematics, Business, or a similar area.
• Proven experience in working with analysis tools and databases. Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian and English.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
