We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the position of IS USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (2nd line support) within the IT Department.
What you will do:
- Consult internal IS users
- Analyze user requests and problems as well as suggest possible IS improvements to increase transparency
- Check and try to reproduce bugs registered by 1st line support and internal system users
- Fixing particular bugs
- Describe bugs and possible solutions to the development team if the problem is systematic
We expect:
- Higher/incomplete higher education in IT field
- General knowledge of relational databases (basic knowledge of SQL) and IS testing
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Strong knowledge of Latvian and/or Russian and English
- Interest and desire to develop in the IT industry
