We are in search of a hands-on team member, who is keen on reaching goals alongside an ambitious team. If you are passionate about work, experienced in customer service, you might be the one to join our team and fill the position of CLIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE.

What you’ll have to do:
  • Be responsible for overall business relationships with retail clients
  • Enable and support retail and business client onboarding
  • Analyse and resolve various issues reported by clients by interacting with the AML compliance team
  • Be responsible for delivering KPIs related to customer volume, response rates, and quality
  • Ensure client retention
What do you need to succeed in this role:
  • English at a proficient level is a must
  • Experience in client relations management roles
  • Excellent communication skills
