We are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the position of BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST.
What you will have to do:
- manage and investigate SEPA and SWIFT payments
- address complex customer support issues by investigating the cause and proposing the most effective solution
- analysis and reconciliation of information from different sources
- preparation of financial and statistical reports at the request of various departments
What do you need to succeed in this role:
- professional work experience in finance
- analytical thinking and goal orientation
- English and Russian are must have
- advanced level at Excel (PIVOT etc.)
- ability and willingness to work in a team
- ability to work in a dynamic environment
