Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the BI Developer position within our Data Department.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and BI analysts to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications
- Create and maintain reports, including data models, visualizations and KPIs
- Design and maintain BI environment (reports, automations, ETLs)
- Collaborate with BI analysts to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data delivered to stakeholders
- Continuously work on improving efficiency of existing ETL processes
Your skills and personal qualities:
- You have at least 2 year working experience with any known BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker or similar), report development and building ETL processes
- You have practical experience in working with SQL
- You have ability to demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem-solving mindset
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have proficiency in English and Latvian
