We are currently looking for an analytical person to join our vibrant team of professionals, and fill the position of Business Analyst within the BI Department.
What you will do:
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing data reconciliations across different sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for reporting purposes
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional requirements for technology solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, test cases, and user manuals
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress to ensure successful delivery within timelines
- Maintain data quality and identify data quality issues that may impact business decisions or processes
Your skills and personal qualities:
- At least 2 years of experience in the IBS, banking, or finance/alternative finance industry
- Higher education (Finance, Business administration, Economics, IT or similar)
- Familiarity with industry-standard analytics tools and technologies, including data modeling and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to break down complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and create practical solutions
- Highly adaptable – can quickly learn new technologies and processes, continuously improve, pay close attention to details, and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Advanced knowledge of English and Latvian
