Business Analyst

Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a bright mind with a positive attitude to join our friendly team and fill the position of Business Analyst within the Data Department.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for reporting purposes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing data reconciliations across different sources
• Monitor data quality and work on solutions to eliminate discrepancies that may impact business decisions or processes
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional requirements for technology solutions
• Work closely with BI-developers in translating business requirements and support them in building new or improving existing ETL processes
• Develop and maintain existing documentation, including requirements, test cases, and user manuals

Your skills and personal qualities:

• At least 2 years of experience in the investments, lending, banking, or finance/alternative finance industry
• You have practical experience with SQL
• Demonstrate careful and thorough analysis while working with data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to break down complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and create practical solutions
• Experience in building content with any known BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik-environment, Looker or similar) is considered as an advantage
• Highly adaptable – can quickly learn new technologies and processes, continuously improve and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• You have proficiency in English and Latvian
