We are currently looking for a superstar who is naturally flexible and capable of handling stressful situations with ease, to join our rapidly growing VIALET team and fill the position of CUSTOMER ADVISOR.

Your main responsibilites will be to:
  • Deliver seamless customer support to VIALET clients, while making sure that all the questions are answered and client’s needs are met at the highest possible level
  • Handle client complaints and resolve problems by achieving the most effective solution possible
  • Come up with suggestions based on customer feedback, in order to improve the product
We expect from You:
  • Professional working proficiency in Lithuaninan and English (must have) and Russian (conversational level)
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Capability to handle stressful situations like a champ
  • Goal oriented personality
  • Experience and/or knowledge in finance and/or banking will be considered an advantage
