We are looking for a bright mind and energetic personality with a modern approach to work to join our friendly team and fill the position of Head of HR within the HR Department.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of HR strategy and core areas of the HR department as well as develop and implement relevant HR concepts
- Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR team
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
- Oversee and administer the recruitment and staffing processh
- Drive performance and retention through employee engagement, motivation, and well-being
- Nurture a positive organizational culture and safe working environment
We expect:
- A degree in human resources or an HR-related field
- Proven work experience as HR Manager/HR Executive/Head of HR
- A results-driven professional striving for continuous improvements
- Development of a people-oriented company culture is something you strongly believe in
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Notify about issues and problems, while identifying improvement opportunities
- Fluent/native knowledge of both written and spoken English and Latvian
