HR Generalist (temporary position ~ 2 years)

Considering the fast-growing business, we are looking for a bright-minded colleague with a positive attitude, and passion to work with people to join our friendly team and fill the position of HR Generalist (temporary position ~ 2 years) within the HR Department.

What you will do:

• Organize and maintain the personnel record-keeping processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Organize talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Ensure the quality of employee feedback sessions and develop a Performance Review process
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Provide necessary HR reports to the Board and be able to present them
• Create and keep up to date HR-related processes and documentation
• Follow and ensure compliance with labor regulations and inform employees regarding vital pieces of information
• Coordinate labor protection measures and mandatory health checks of employees
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in the organization of company events and work-life balance within the company

Your experience:

• Proven work experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist
• Knowledge of personnel management, record-keeping, personnel records management, as well as employment/labor laws
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. The ability to work with Navision will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent language proficiency in Latvian and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment both in team and individual settings
