Considering the rapid growth of the business, we are looking for a bright and positive mind to join our team as an INVESTOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST .
What you will do:
- Maintain high-quality investor service by supporting investors through email, phone, and online chat and ensuring that all investor queries are answered promptly
- Assist investors across different products and investment opportunities
- Handle the Know Your Customer (KYC) process: request, review and verify received documents
- Collect investor feedback and suggest possible improvements regarding customer journey and product features
- Proactively participate in customer interactions and marketing campaign communications planning and development in various forums by providing reporting, recommendations, leading discussions, summarizing input, proposing approaches, and facilitating follow-ups
- Collaborate with Viainvest and VIA SMS Group team members worldwide
We expect from you:
- Customer-oriented mindset, organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of German, English, Latvian, and/or other European languages
- Proven experience in customer service or the banking industry will be highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, and Management will be preferred
