We are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the LAWYER position.
Your main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage various legal projects
- Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents to ensure the company’s performance
- Research in-depth commercial, civil, administrative, and labor law areas as well as provide comprehensive legal advice
- Monitor, analyze, and summarize information regarding the newest legal issues and developments in Latvia and the EU that could affect the company’s operations and general business environment, as well as ensure the implementation of legislative changes in business operations
- Advise the company’s management and colleagues on various legal topics
We expect:
- University degree in Law
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent English, Latvian and Russian language skills (both in written and verbal communication)
- Excellent communication skills, proactive personality, accuracy, and care for quality of work
