We are looking for initiative and friendly colleague for the role of OFFICE MANAGER within our team in Vilnius.

What you’ll have to do:
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Prepare the necessary documents and organize the flow
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Provide other daily support to staff
What do you need to succeed in this role:
  • English and Lithuanian at proficient level is a must
  • Very good time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
