We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our rapidly growing team and fill the position of SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER at VIALET.

What we are looking for:

We are in search of a hands-on leader, who is keen on reaching goals alongside with ambitious team. If you’re competent client relationship manager, who is passionate about work, experienced in retail client customer service, preferably with experience in card and payment business – you might be the one to join our team!

What you will have to do:
  • be responsible for overall business relationships with retail clients;
  • drive deep understanding of the VIALET financial products to drive innovation and VIALET values proposition for customers;
  • be an advisor and consultant for both the team and clients;
  • analyse and resolve various issues reported by clients;
  • interact with AML compliance team;
  • develop a great teamwork, based on clients’ needs, and succeed team dynamics by effective communication;
  • adapt and improve operational processes of retail client management;
  • be responsible for delivering KPIs related to customer volume, response rates and quality;
  • ensure clients retention, develop and improve long-lasting customer-friendly relationships;
  • initiate and maintain a strong link between customers and back office services in order to make easier interaction and facilitate resolutions of business issues
What do you need to succeed in this role:
  • experience in client relations management role and leading team of client managers would be considered as an advantage;
  • proven track record of introducing, maintaining and changing operational guidelines;
  • proven successful experience in similar positions within working with payments and cards products;
  • English at proficient level is a must, knowledge of Lithuanian, Polish or Russian is a plus;
  • a passion to learn and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • you are ready to be hands-on since the very beginning and manage your own team in the favour of the needs of the company
